About this policy
Draft — pending owner approval. This Content Policy is not final and is not ready for production use. Proposed effective date: [EFFECTIVE DATE].
Operator: [COMPANY LEGAL NAME], [REGISTERED ADDRESS]. Contact: [CONTACT EMAIL]. A Cook offers a Dish, an app source-code listing; a Buyer obtains it under a License. A Kitchen Report is an automated assessment of a version. This policy covers listings, uploads, profiles, studios, requests, comments and support offerings.
Content you may submit
Submit only material you own or are authorized to use and distribute. Describe features, build requirements, dependencies, external services, limitations and support accurately. Declare upstream code and lineage where applicable. Keep required third-party notices. A Kitchen Report does not replace your responsibility for your content.
Do not upload credentials, private keys, personal data without permission or confidential source belonging to another person. Public request budgets and other public fields can be read by anyone.
Prohibited content
- Malware, backdoors, credential theft, ransomware, crypto drainers, hidden mining, exfiltration and code intended to compromise users or systems.
- Stolen or copied code offered without sufficient rights, copyright infringement, deceptive ownership claims and unauthorized redistribution of licensed Dishes.
- Illegal apps or services, adult content, gambling content, and scraping tools that violate another service's terms.
- Misleading listings, fabricated features or test results, concealed harmful behavior and attempts to manipulate Kitchen Reports or bypass safety checks.
- Spam, impersonation, fake accounts, reviews or votes, harassment, threats and disclosure of another person's private information.
- Solicitation to move marketplace payments off-platform or conduct intended to evade platform fees or payment safeguards.
The platform's current publishing rules block a Dish's own GPL/AGPL-licensed code and warn about GPL/AGPL dependencies. This is a marketplace compatibility rule, not a claim that those licenses are unlawful. You remain responsible for all applicable third-party obligations.
Automated checks
Uploads undergo automated scans and AI-assisted analysis in isolated environments. Relevant material is processed through OpenRouter by a third-party AI provider. Checks may block publication or flag a submission for review. They can miss problems or raise false positives. A published Dish or high Kitchen Report score is not a guarantee of safety, ownership or policy compliance.
Report a concern
Use Report on the relevant page or support offering where available. Choose the closest reason, such as malware/security, stolen code, misleading listing, prohibited content or spam. Identify the item and explain the problem with specific evidence. Do not run suspected malware to prove a report. If a report control is unavailable, contact [CONTACT EMAIL].
Copyright owners and authorized representatives should follow the DMCA / Copyright Policy. A source-code purchase that is materially not as described may also qualify for the separate Refund Policy; submitting a content report does not automatically open a payment dispute.
Moderation actions
An admin reviews reports and may request evidence, suspend a Dish while investigating, remove it from public availability, restrict an account or restore eligible content. Serious risks may require action before a response. Moderation decisions and reasons are recorded in audit history.
Removal from the marketplace does not itself erase stored source or automatically revoke every existing License or issue refunds. Payment and License consequences are handled separately under the applicable purchase and refund rules. An admin may suspend an individual support offering without changing existing source purchases or support snapshots.
Responding and appealing
Cooks and other affected users may submit an explanation, rights evidence or corrected information. To appeal, contact the admin at [CONTACT EMAIL], identify the item and decision, and explain what should be reconsidered. An appeal does not automatically restore availability or pause a payment deadline. Copyright counter-notices use the separate procedure linked above.
